The Swim School Coordinator will be required to have a strong knowledge and understanding of all aspects of LTSV aquatic programs, educational trends and industry development. Directly reporting to the General Manager, the Swim School Coordinator will be responsible for the safe evacuation of its participants in the case of an emergency.

The role will require a comprehensive knowledge of swimming tuition and delivery of quality instructions for a range of ability in classes. Planning and organising lessons and providing feedback to staff and clients for this important role will require professionalism, equality, teamwork, accountability, and innovation amongst their fellow teachers to continually improve service delivery.

Excellent and written communication skills are essential along with a high level organizational and time management skills. As a coordinator you will be able to deal with clients confidently, as well as having the ability to resolve problems. The position requires weekend work and work outside of ordinary hours. For example, early mornings and evening will be required.

Desirable/Essential Criteria for position
-Senior First Aid, Current CPR and Working with children check.
-AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia certificate.
-Minimum 3 year industry experience.
-Demonstrate a growth mindset and positive role modelling
-Demonstrate a passion for high quality customer service.
-Demonstrated management swim school programs, ensuring safety, growth and quality.
-Possess natural leadership qualities.
-Passionate about swimming.
-Extensive operational experience and team focused qualities.
